Robert Wilkoff
Founder and Principal
Robert has been practicing architecture for over 35 years, ever since earning his Bachelors of Architecture degree from Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, NY. Well-versed in projects ranging from small residential additions to new commercial facilities, he brings his passion for creating fresh environments for clients with a focus on energy-efficient and sustainable design.
As founder and Principal of Archaeon, Robert provides his expertise and leadership in implementing the firm’s mission of creating spaces that promote productivity and comfort, while reflecting the unique personality and lifestyle of each client. He has been the recipient of numerous design awards, including the AIA award for design excellence and “Best Architect” award in the Bethesda Magazine readers’ poll.
David LyJordan
Associate
David’s interest in architecture began at a young age, when he started designing houses purely from his imagination in high school. After graduating from the Pratt Institute School of Architecture, David has continued to pursue his interest in single-family homes professionally designing domestic environments that center around elements of volume, use of natural light and sensible use of space.
David joined Archaeon in 2007, and has enhanced his clients’ lives through innovative and thoughtful design. He has a passion and expertise for residential design and enjoys working with the unique needs of each client.
David also holds a Masters of Fine Arts degree from the Cranbrook Academy of Art in Bloomfield Hills, MI.
